Your jewellery is individually presented in a white branded gift box along with a fact card about the crystal. To protect your jewellery we seal the jewellery box in a biodegradable bag and send it in a padded envelope.

Returns

We want you to love your new jewellery! If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Jewellery must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed, in original packaging).
Earrings are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons.
Custom jewellery is exempt from returns as it is made specifically for you.
Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
Gift wrapping and presentation upgrades are non-refundable, as they are services that have already been provided.
