Each Crystal Pendant Mystery Box promises four surprise pendants, and no two boxes possess the same crystals.

Inside your mystery box, you will discover four unique crystal pendants inside, ready to be adorned with your own chain. TheseΒ one-of-a-kind pieces may be slightly marked, chipped or rough, but these quirks add to their character, making them truly delightful to wear.

At times, we sprinkle in a bit of extra magic inside by adding exclusive, never-before-seen items, or even bringing back some of our cherished, retired designs that are now rare treasures. Each pendant is handcrafted from authentic crystals, bearing a testament to their journey.

Due to the intriguing nature of our Mystery Boxes, we're unable to accept returns. However, we're sure you'll adore the magic within.

Your jewellery is individually presented in a white branded gift box along with a fact card about the crystal. To protect your jewellery we seal the jewellery box in a biodegradable bag and send it in a padded envelope.

If you require gift wrap, please ensure you have ticked yes under the "Gift wrap" option for it to be included in your purchase.

Returns

We want you to love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind we gladly accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:

β€’ Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
β€’ Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
β€’ Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
β€’ All sale items and giftcards are final and are exempt from being returned.

Warranty

Your jewellery is handmade with care to ensure it lasts as long as possible. We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival, but as all jewellery is delicate we're unable to cover accidental loss, damages or changes in appearance due to normal wear or rough handling.

Should it unexpectedly break we offer free repairs up to 1 year from purchase and a small fee on repairs required beyond that.
